Yes. All our cleaners go through a thorough recruitment process where we verify their identity, check references, and ensure the high standards of their work. We are fully insured up to £1,000,000 to give you total peace of mind when the cleaners are in your home. For recurring cleans (weekly, fortnightly etc) we send the same cleaner, so you will see a familiar face and they will know exactly how you like your home to be cleaned.
Our prices depend on the type of clean you need, as well as the size and condition of your property. We also offer an hourly rate with a minimum of 2 hours per clean. You can send us your details and we will give you a clear, fixed price with no extra hidden charges.
For all one time cleans the cleaner will bring professional products and equipment with them. For regular cleans (weekly, fortnightly etc) you will be expected to provide your own cleaning supplies. If you don't have them, the cleaner can bring them for an additional £5 charge.
Absolutely. We offer one-time deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and even after builders cleans with no ongoing commitment. Many customers start with a one-time deep clean and then decide to book regular cleaning when they see the difference it makes around their home.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your clean, you will need to let us know within 48 hours by emailing hello@cleanconnection.co.uk or by messaging our WhatsApp number - 07797 953679. We may request photographic evidence of the reasons for your complaint. We will then send cleaners back to put it right at no extra cost. We always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with our service.
