We cover all Bristol postcodes including Clifton, Redland, Bishopston, Southville, Bedminster, Horfield and Fishponds, plus nearby areas such as Portishead and Keynsham.
For all one time cleans the cleaner will bring professional products and equipment with them. For regular cleans (weekly, fortnightly etc) you will be expected to provide your own cleaning supplies. If you don't have them, the cleaner can bring them for an additional £5 charge.
Not at all. Many customers give us secure key access or a key safe code. Everything is logged and only shared with your assigned cleaner.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your clean, you will need to let us know within 48 hours by emailing hello@cleanconnection.co.uk or by messaging our WhatsApp number - 07797 953679. We may request photographic evidence of the reasons for your complaint. We will then send cleaners back to put it right at no extra cost.
Give us at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel and we will reschedule free of charge. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if we cannot get in on the day, we may charge up to the full price of the visit. See our terms and conditions for details.
Yes. All our cleaners go through a thorough recruitment process where we verify their identity, check references, and ensure the high standards of their work. We are fully insured up to £1,000,000 to give you total peace of mind when the cleaners are in your home.
