Do I need to provide cleaning products?

No. Our cleaners bring professional products and equipment as standard. If you prefer we use your own products, just let us know before the first visit.

Do I have to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many customers give us secure key access or a key safe code. Everything is logged and only shared with your assigned cleaner.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra cost. That is our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Give us at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel and we will reschedule free of charge. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if we cannot get in on the day, we may charge up to the full price of the visit. See our terms and conditions for details.

Are your cleaners insured and vetted?

Yes. Every cleaner is reference checked, DBS checked where required, trained in house and covered by our public liability insurance.
